WHAT FORMAT ARE THE COACHING SESSIONS?

You’ll receive an email with all the details about our upcoming sessions.  They all take place via a private link in zoom.

 

WHAT ABOUT THE ‘MATERIALS’ YOU MENTIONED?

I'll provide recordings of each of our sessions so you can revisit them any time you like, as well as all other materials we cover in each session.

 

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE MONTH IS OVER?

Once the month is complete, we will no longer meet for our group sessions, but we hope you stay in touch!  There will be other opportunities to connect as a community in the near future.

DO I NEED A BUNCH OF TIME FOR THIS?

Absolutely not! Each session is an hour long - sometimes longer depending on the surprises in store - and you can utilize the materials as they are helpful to you in between calls.

 

WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE IT TO ONE OF THE MEETINGS?

We will miss you!  All sessions will be recorded so you can watch the replay and catch up when you have time.

 

WHAT ARE THE DATES AND TIMES OF THE PROGRAM?

This round meets on Fridays, beginning 10/28 and going through 11/18.  Sessions take place from 10:30 am - 12:00 pm Pacific time.

Which is why I'm carving out some intentional time (with a group of mamas) to prep for a more restorative and fulfilling year-end by focusing on some of my FAVORITE topics - like setting boundaries that protect your time and energy.

We'll also be working through some of those stress-triggers that arise during the holidays.
